Cancellation Policy: From the time of initial deposit until May 4, 2010, there is a $75.00 per person penalty for cancellation. From May 5 – July 14, 2010, the cancellation penalty is the amount of the deposit. From July 15 – August 31, 2010 the cancellation penalty is 50% of the total package price. From September 1, 2010 until the day of travel, the cancellation penalty of 100% of the total package price. “No-shows” will receive no refund. There is no refund in the event of interruption or cancellation after the start of the journey.

Cancellation insurance: Optional trip insurance is highly recommended and available through Amazing Journeys, LLC. Information will be sent with your tour confirmation.

Pricing: Rates are based on current value of the Euro to the US Dollar. If the rate fluctuates greater than 3% prior to final payment, Amazing Journeys reserves the right to adjust the rates accordingly. Taxes are subject to increases as local governments require.
